PRODUCT USE
For an adult wishing to maintain overall health and well-being, it is advisable to take between 2 and 4 VegEPA capsules daily.
For more serious ailments, it is advisable to take a higher dose initially to boost the levels of fatty acids in the blood, at a dose of 4 to 8 capsules daily, equivalent to 1 to 2 g of EPA and 400 to 800 mg of virgin EPO.
Children under the age of 10 should take 1 capsule daily (unless recommended otherwise by a doctor).
