Green Baby was set-up in Autumn 1999 by Jill Barker. Canadian Jill had the idea of setting up Green Baby when on maternity leave with her first son Thomas. Jill had been surprised that, compared with Canada, finding natural baby products in the UK was comparatively hard.

Green Baby believes ....'Choosing organic is choosing to think about the future. The future of you and your children's health and the future health of the planet you live on.

Decades of poor agricultural practice; the use of dangerous pesticides and fertilizers, Genetically Modified crops and general soil mismanagement, may be reversed by going organic.

By supporting organic markets we are choosing to create a lasting relationship with nature rather than working against it. Organic products ensure that our food, textiles and toiletries are not full of unnecessary artificial additives.

Organic is healthy for farmers, healthy for plants, healthy for animals (neither our products or ingredient are tested on animals) and healthy for kids!'
