Post us a letter detailing the items you would like and enclose a completed cheque or your credit card details.
Cheques are payable to Truth Retail Ltd, and must be accompanied by your cheque guarantee number, expiry date, signature and date on the back of the cheque.

DELIVERY
Free - standard delivery on orders over £60.00
Standard - £3.50
We aim to despatch all deliveries, subject to stock availibilty, next working day. You should receive them within 2-3 days
This includes all orders processed up to 10pm the previous night.
Although we aim to despatch next day, please allow up to 3-4 days to receive your item.
Excludes orders placed after 10pm Friday, or over the weekend. We aim to despatch these the following Tuesday (we are currently closed on Mondays). Please allow up to 3-4 days for these to arrive.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery if under 2kg, or via courier if over 2kg.
Deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
Channel Islands
This is a VAT-free area. To ensure VAT is not charged, when you register please select the country as Channel Islands. Please do not select United Kingdom as VAT will be charged.
Special Delivery - £6.00
Special delivery is currently only available on orders placed before 10am. This service will be extended soon.
Delivery is next working day. This does not apply to orders taken over the weekend or on Mondays, as we are currently closed.
Deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
Republic of Ireland & Europe - £8.00 packages under 2kgs
Royal Mail Airmail service 3-7 working days.
The consignee is responsible for all customs and duty charges incurred.

STOCK AVAILIBILTY
Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock.
We will despatch available items immediately and ship any out of stock items when they become available. You will only pay one delivery charge.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer replacements on goods damaged in transit or sent in error.
An exchange or credit note is available for unopened, unused goods that are not satisfactory for your needs.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days.
All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund all shipping costs.
We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain a proof of postage.
We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.
Under the 'Sales of Goods Law' we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.
Please contact us if you have ordered an item in error and we will endeavour to swap the unopened, unused item for the one you require. This is at our descretion.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please confirm your cancellation in writing to us via email or letter.
You may have to return the goods to us as we aim to despatch items within 2 days.
Returning an item from a cancelled order, which has already been despatched, is at the cost of the purchaser.
We refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging. We are leaglly obiliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to supply gift-wrapping free of charge.
Please let us know if you require this service when you place your order.
Our gift wrap is sourced from vintage suppliers. It can orginate anywhere from the 1940's or 1980's.
It's best to give us a brief description of the event so we can use paper to match.
ADVICE
We have researched all the products we stock, in the hope that we have eliminated the most common allergens, fragrances and colours.
However, some of us are more sensitive than others.
We list all individual product ingredients on our website and instore, and are happy to help with queries.
Although, natural ingredients may be tolerated by most, some people may still find they are sensitive.
It is important to note that it is possible to be allergic to natural, as well as synthetic ingredients.
We can help you avoid any ingredient that may be a problem. Email us for advice
We recommend that you patch test products. Please check with us as samples may be available to try first.Alternatively, you may be able to purchase trial sizes of products.
Unfortunately, we regret we cannot offer refunds on any product that has been opened.
We believe beauty and wellbeing go hand and hand, so please notify us if you have had a reaction to a particular product.
